Level 1* — Open Water
Dive 10–20 m in protected waters. 5 theory lessons · 6 dives and exercises. No prerequisites.

Dive 20–30 m in open water. 5–6 theory lessons · 10 dives. Prerequisite: Level 1.

Become a rescuer: CPR, artificial respiration, bleeding & shock management, AED, oxygen therapy.
